Our South Jersey Service Area
SJCC replaces siding, soffit, fascia and gutters across 12 towns in Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties. We keep the service area tight on purpose: a crew that works the same towns every week knows the housing stock, the permit offices, and the way South Jersey weather treats a wall. Tight also means accountable — if something on your job needs attention in year five, we are twenty minutes away, not two counties.

A note on town pages: we publish each town’s page when we have a real completed project or genuine local detail to show there — housing stock, historic-district rules, permit quirks. We would rather a page be late than be filler. If your town’s page isn’t live yet, the work is still the same: the same 7-step process, the same photo documentation, the same written proposal.
Why these 12 towns
This is classic South Jersey siding country. Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties are full of 1950s–1980s split-levels, ranches and colonials wearing original aluminum, tired vinyl or aging wood VERIFY: local housing stock data per town. Those houses share the same weak points: roof-to-wall corners that never got kickout flashing (the small metal diverter that pushes roof water into the gutter), windows flashed with nothing but caulk, and sheathing — the wood panels under the siding — that has never been inspected. A tight service area means our crews see the same wall assemblies week after week, and know exactly where to look first.
It also means we can stand behind the work. A workmanship warranty only means something if the company can be back at your house quickly. Staying inside 12 towns keeps our response times short and our schedule honest.
What each town page will include
As pages go live, each one covers the local housing stock and its common siding problems, any HOA or historic-district rules that affect material and color choices (Haddonfield, Moorestown and Collingswood all have them VERIFY per municipal code), the town construction office’s permit process, and real projects with photos from that town. No copy-paste pages with only the town name swapped — if we don’t have something real to say about a town yet, the page waits.
Just outside the list?
Call anyway. If you are close to our 12 towns we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you well — and if we can’t, we will say so rather than do a rushed long-distance job. The free 16-page guide is useful no matter where your house sits, and our quote checklist works with any contractor in any town.
