South Jersey Construction Consultants Inc. ("SJCC," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.southjerseyconstruction.biz, use our contact or estimate forms, call our office, or otherwise interact with us, and how we use and protect that information.

1. Information we collect. We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, and project details — when you submit a form, request an estimate, or contact us. We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our site, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referral source, through standard web analytics (Google Analytics 4).

2. Cookies and tracking. Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You may disable cookies in your browser; parts of the site may not function fully if you do.

3. How we use your information. We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct estimates, deliver services you request, send project-related communications, improve our services and marketing, and comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS / text message communications. If you provide a mobile phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from SJCC related to your project, including appointment confirmations and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out. Text HELP for help. We will not share your number with third parties for their own marketing. By submitting your number through our forms you provide express written consent to receive these communications.

5. Call recording. Calls to or from SJCC may be recorded for quality and training purposes. You will be notified at the start of a recorded call.

6. Service providers. We share limited information with service providers who help us operate our business, including our customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel), our analytics provider (Google), our call tracking vendor, and our financing partners. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

7. Data retention. We retain inquiry and project information as long as necessary to serve you, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

8. Your rights. Residents of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and other states may have specific rights regarding personal information under state law, including the right to know what information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of certain data sharing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information at the end of this policy.

9. Children. Our services are for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Security. We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised 'Last updated' date.
