Four Divisions. One Team. One Guarantee.

SJCC was built so you'd only have to hire one company for every major improvement your home needs. Here's how we're set up to actually deliver on that.

Why four divisions, and why that matters to you.

Home improvement contractors almost never specialize in all four of these trades at a level you can trust. A roofer who 'also does siding' usually subs it out. A bathroom company who 'also does windows' usually sells them at a markup. SJCC was built the other way around: we treat each trade as a serious specialty, with its own sales manual, its own installation playbook, its own supplier sourcing standard, and its own contract packet. Four separate documented operations, under one accountable owner.

What that looks like in practice.

Each division has a dedicated sub-site where you can see the full depth — product lines, pricing frameworks, warranty structure, process from estimate to installation. The sub-sites are where we tell the whole story. This page introduces each division briefly, then sends you to the right place.

Division 1

South Jersey Replacement Windows.

Full-frame and insert replacements across every major vinyl and fiberglass line. We work in the three performance tiers most South Jersey homeowners choose between — standard double-hung replacements, energy-package upgrades with Low-E and argon fill, and premium fiberglass or composite installations. Lifetime glass warranty. Factory certification on installation. We provide a Window Consumer Platform Blueprint and buying guide so homeowners who want to understand the specs before they shop can arrive at the appointment already fluent.

Division 2

South Jersey Replacement Siding.

Our siding division handles the three material categories South Jersey homes typically call for: fiber cement (James Hardie HardiePlank), engineered wood (LP SmartSide), and premium vinyl. Every job is a full tear-off down to the sheathing — we don't side over damaged substrate. House-wrap, trim replacement, soffit and fascia inspection, gutter integration and paint-matched caulking are built into the base scope, not sold as add-ons after the fact. Documented in a 55-page sales manual that your estimator will share on request.

Division 3

South Jersey Replacement Roofing.

Shingle systems from the three manufacturers that actually hold up in the mid-Atlantic climate: GAF, Owens Corning and CertainTeed. Full tear-off standard — we don't layer over a failing roof. Decking is inspected and replaced section by section where needed, synthetic underlayment goes down over ice-and-water shield at the eaves and valleys, and every penetration gets a proper step-flashed detail. Ridge vent and workmanship warranty included. For insurance-claim jobs we handle the carrier conversation directly.

Division 4

South Jersey Replacement Bathrooms.

Two offerings here. First, our fast-turn acrylic bath and shower conversions — Bath Concepts / BCI materials, MAAX fixtures — the one-day transformations that take a tired tub surround and replace it with sealed, serviceable, grout-free acrylic. Second, full bathroom remodels: tile-set shower pans, Kohler-grade finishes, plumbing fixture upgrades, flooring, and the choreography of actually making it clean and livable while the work is happening. Materials sourced through our documented Acrylic Bathroom Supplier Sourcing Guide and Ferguson plumbing supply.

Why customers hire SJCC for more than one project

A roof and siding project touches the same substrate — one crew sequencing beats two crews coordinating. Windows and siding share flashing details — one playbook keeps the water out. A bathroom renovation often reveals exterior water intrusion that comes from a failing roof or window — one phone call fixes both. One contract, one warranty backstop, one owner who answers the phone. That's why over time homeowners who hire SJCC for one division tend to come back for the next.

The documents behind the work

Every division operates on a written standard. We maintain a Sales Manual per trade, an Installation Manual, a Supplier Sourcing Guide, a Contract Template with NJ and PA consumer-protection terms built in, and a Window Consumer Platform Master Blueprint for homeowners who want to understand what they're buying before they sign. Serious contractors write things down. We did.
