Siding Repair in South Jersey
Cracked panel, loose course after a windstorm, soft spot near a hose bib — not every siding problem means a full replacement. We repair vinyl, insulated vinyl, fiber cement and engineered wood siding across Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Marlton, Mount Laurel, Moorestown, Haddonfield, Medford and our other South Jersey towns. Our promise on repairs is simple: we will tell you when a repair is the right call, and we will tell you when it is throwing money at a wall that needs more. Either way, you get photos of what we found and a written price before work starts.
Should you repair or replace?
Here is the same decision guide we use when we walk your house:
| What you see | Usually repair | Usually replace |
|---|---|---|
| One or two cracked or missing panels | ✓ | |
| Loose panels after a windstorm | ✓ | |
| Localized damage (grill melt, weed trimmer, impact) | ✓ | |
| Waves and buckling across whole walls | ✓ | |
| Widespread fading, chalking or brittleness | ✓ | |
| Soft sheathing or interior stains in several areas | ✓ | |
| Repeated repairs in the same spots | ✓ |
The gray area is water. A stain or soft spot means water got behind the siding, and the only honest way to know how far it went is to open that section. We open the smallest area needed, photograph it, and price what we find at unit rates you approve first.
What if my siding is discontinued?
Siding lines get discontinued all the time, and a repair is only as good as the match. Our process:
- Identify the product. We check the back of a removed piece for manufacturer stamps and measure the profile and exposure (the visible height of each course).
- Find the closest current match. Profiles and colors change over the years, so we bring a physical sample and hold it against your wall before you approve anything.
- Harvest from hidden areas. When a perfect match matters on a visible wall, we can move original panels from a low-visibility spot (behind a garage, under a deck) and put the near-match there.
If no acceptable match exists, we will tell you that plainly and lay out the alternatives — including pricing one accent wall or a full replacement so you can compare. Watch: Repair or replace? Matching damaged siding →

Send Me the Free GuideStorm damage: what we do — and what we don’t do
After a wind or hail event, here is exactly where we stand:
- We document. Dated photos of every damaged area, a written description of what we find, and a line-item repair scope you can submit with your claim.
- We repair. Once you decide how to proceed, we do the work to the same standards as any other job.
- We do not act as your adjuster. We are not licensed to negotiate insurance claims, and we will never tell you “insurance will pay for this” or promise an outcome. What your policy covers is between you, your insurer, and any licensed public adjuster you choose to hire.
What if my wall is open to the weather right now?
If wind has torn panels off or a tree limb has opened a section of wall, call us. We provide temporary protection — tarping, re-securing loose panels, and sealing open sections — to keep water out until permanent repairs are scheduled. Temporary protection is priced as its own line item so it never gets confused with the permanent repair. VERIFY: SJCC price book, current rev
Safety note: please don’t climb ladders to check damage yourself. Photos from the ground are enough for us to start with.
Siding repair FAQ
Can you match my existing siding?
Often. Current product lines match easily; for discontinued siding we find the closest current profile, or harvest original panels from a hidden wall. You approve the match in person before work starts.
Will you work with my insurance company?
We document damage with photos and a written scope you can submit, and answer factual questions about our estimate. We do not act as your adjuster or promise what insurance will pay.
How fast can you secure a wall after storm damage?
Call (856) 630-8909 and we will schedule temporary protection — tarping, re-securing panels, sealing open sections — as soon as possible.
When is repair not worth it?
When damage is widespread, when the wall has been leaking for a long time, or when the siding is near end of life. If a repair is money into a wall that needs replacement soon, we will say so and show you why.
